REGISTRATION

 

Registration is open for everybody interested in neurosciences, regardless of gender, race, or religion. Together with our sponsors, we are working to offer very low registration fees, particularly encouraging the participation of junior neuroscientists from Romania, Romanian scientific diaspora and the rest of the world: students, PhD students/medical residents as well as early career postdoctoral fellows (prior to associate professor/lecturer university positions or equivalent scientific researcher career stage).

Only two papers as first author are allowed. The congress fee is payable until 15th of October.

The registration fee includes access to the full scientific program/technical demonstrations, a conference bag including the printed program and abstract book, as well as the opening cocktail and refreshments during coffee breaks. Furthermore, for an additional fee registered participants have the opportunity to register for the satellite course, social program, as well as benefit from the discounted housing prices negotiated for SNN2017 participants.

We offer SNN members a 50% registration discount. The discount is available for all SNN members in good standing. If you did not settle your 2017 SNN membership fee, you have the possibility to do so together with the registration fee.

If you want to become a SNN member and register for SNN2017 at member rates, you can submit your membership application now, in order this to be considered to the forthcoming SNN board meeting and receive a membership confirmation before the SNN2017 registration deadline.
